WHAT can be returned?
Only products which are faulty are returnable. We do not accept returns if you change your mind.

HOW do customers return items? Ensure product is packaged in original packing for faulty product on opening. For warranty returns ensure that product is sufficiently package to prevent further damage as this may void the warranty claim.
SHIPPING for returns? For shipping returns please contact us via email and we will advise of best freight method. All freight costs for faulty products on opening is paid by us.
CREDIT for returns? We offer store credit or product exchange for faulty products.
Instore return option? You can return all faulty products in person to our shop at:
